  6. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and the Organiser accepts no responsibility or liability in the event that a prize recipient cannot be contacted.

  7. All prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  9. The Organiser retains the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative product(s) of equal or greater value.
