- Information about how to participate in Fortune’s Favour by Toshiba Malaysia (Contest) forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in Contest is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- This Contest is organised by Toshiba Malaysia (Organiser) and is only open to residents of Malaysia over the age of 13. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Organiser and its associated agencies involved in the conduct of the Contest are ineligible to participate.
- This Contest will run from 19 Dec, 2016, to 9 Jan, 2017.
- Mechanics:
- User lands on Prompt for Like page
- User is prompted to connect via FB to proceed
- User fills up a registration form with fields:
- Name
- NRIC
- Email address
- On gameboard, user will be asked to guess a set of numbers (“the lock code”) to win the session’s treasure.
- Every time a number within the set is guessed, it is added to a number cloud (which will remain visible to the user until the correct set has been guessed by either the user or another player).
- Maximum number of numbers that will be displayed will depend on the number of digits in the lock code.
- The first user to crack the code wins the prize in the “trove”.
- User may refer back for numbers he/she had previously entered in the history scroll.
- User will receive 3 chances to guess a day.
- Every successful referral earns user 1 additional chance to guess
- User can use maximum of 5 chances a day.
- Unconsumed chances will carry over to the next day.
- User may visit the winners board to view prizes and past winners.
- User may visit the instructions page to learn how to play.
- All prizes are subject to final verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
- All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- All prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Prizes (or any part of them) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- The Organiser retains the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative product(s) of equal or greater value.
- The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or participants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
