- Information about how to participate in "Shade Me Beautiful" (Campaign) forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in campaign is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- This campaign is organised by Etude House (Organiser) and is open to all above the age of 13. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Organiser and its associated agencies involved in the conduct of the campaign are ineligible to participate.
- This campaign will run from 6 July to 15 August 2017.
- How to participate:
- User lands on the Gameboard
- User clicks on the Cushion
- User installs application
- If user’s account is not registered with an email, a registration light box is brought up
- After installation, user is presented with a win/lose lightbox
- If the user wins, a winning email notification will be triggered. Message will contain a unique prize ID
- User has 1 chance a day to click on the Cushion
- Each successful referral earns the user 1 bonus chance to play
- User may visit the Winners Board to see what s/he has won

- The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or participants on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet.
- Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to validate and check the authenticity of participant personal particulars to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the campaign submission process, the operation of the campaign, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who is in violation of the Conditions of Access of the Website and the Facebook Page. The Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to the campaign, the campaign submission process, the Website or the Facebook Page.
- All entries become the property of the Organiser. By entering the campaign each participant consents to the Organiser's privacy policy available on the Website. The Organiser collects the participant's personal information for the purpose of administering the campaign, notifying and announcing successful participants. The Organiser may disclose the participant's personal information to other parties including those involved in administering the campaign, notifying and announcing the successful participants, and advertising and PR agencies. By entering into the campaign, each participant also consents to the Organiser using their personal information for future marketing purposes, unless otherwise advised by the participant. The participant may access and correct the personal information about the participant held by the Organiser by writing to the Organiser.
- The Organiser reserves the right to amend or remove the campaign at any time without notice.
- The Organiser and its agents and Facebook will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with this campaign, or any tax liability of any participant, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- The campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
- If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser and which prevents the Organiser from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation and the Organiser reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign.
- The Organiser's decision is final and binding in all matters, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
- This campaign is subject to the laws of Singapore.
