  1. The Kleenex Online Survey (“the Survey”) is organized by Kimberly-Clark (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (KCS). [Reg. No: 200100125R] (“the Organizer”)

  2. This Survey is open to all Singaporean residents with a valid ID aged 18 years and above as of 16 October 2013 (“the Participants"). The following group of persons shall not be eligible to participate in this Survey:

    • Employees of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies] and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses]; and
    • Representatives, employees and agents of advertising and promotion service providers of the Organizer [including its affiliated and related companies], and their immediate family members [children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses].
  3. By participating in this Survey, Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and any decision(s) of the Organizer.

  4. Duration

  5. This Survey will run from 27th November 2013 (00:00) to 6th December 2013 (23:59:59) [“the Survey Period”]. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Survey Period at any time without prior notice. All entries received outside the Survey Period will be deemed as invalid.

  6. Survey Mechanics, submission of answers & Qualifying criteria

  7. 3 respondents who answer all the questions in the Kleenex Online Survey (Participants) will be entered into the lucky Draw. The winners would be drawn via this luck draw.

  8. Prizes & Prize redemption

  9. Each winner is eligible to win only one [1] prize during the Survey period be it the First Prize, Second Prize or Third Prize.

  10. There is a total of 1 (one) First Prize, 1 (one) Second Prize and 1 (one) Third Prize to be won during the Survey Period. The First prize is SGD 250 worth of Takashimaya Vouchers, the Second Prize is SGD 150 worth of Takashimaya Vouchers and the Third Prize is SGD 100 worth of Takashimaya Vouchers.

  11. The lucky draw will take place on 13th December 2013, unless otherwise varied by the Organizer.

  12. The Winners may be required to sign a Participation/ Release Agreement in the form required by the Organizer to claim the prize. The prize must be redeemed by 27th December 2013 (12:00). Any unclaimed prize will be forfeited and donated to charity.

  13. The Organiser needs your email and mobile number for the purposes of organizing the Survey and to contact you in the event you are one of the winners. By participating in this Survey, you agree to the disclosure of your email and mobile phone number to the Organizer or to any party for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/or conducting the draw.

  14. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Prize and/ or terms and conditions of this Survey at its discretion without any prior notice or liability.

  15. All decisions made by the Organizer in respect of this Survey or in the event of any dispute are final.

  16. The Organizer may disqualify any incomplete or invalid entry. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, and the value is accurate only at the date of printing. The Organizer retains the right to substitute the Prizes with alternative product(s) or voucher(s) of equal or greater value (including where the Prizes are unavailable for whatever reason). Participation in this Survey indicates acceptance of these terms, and entrant acknowledges that the Organizer is not liable for loss or damage or tax liability arising out of or in connection with the Survey or accepting a prize (to the extent permitted by law).

  17. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Survey and to redeem the prize is the sole responsibility of the participant/ winner.

The Organizer, its related and associated companies, and its agencies and companies associated with this Survey (including their respective employees and consultants) shall not be liable to the Participants and any other parties in contract, tort or negligence or otherwise for any loss, cost, expense, damage, personal injury or death whatsoever (indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) incurred or suffered by any Participant or any other parties resulting from their participation in this Survey, redemption and/or usage of the prize(s) or the prize(s) itself, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the value of the prize received by the Participant). Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Organizer reserves the right to amend, cancel, suspend, terminate or postpone this Survey (including these terms and conditions) at any time without any liability or compensation whatsoever to any Participant or any other party. Participants undertake that they shall not bring any claims or actions against the Organizer or its related and associated companies, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.

The Organizer is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, Websites and/or telecommunication service provider, including but not limited to the connection or processing of SMS messages by the telecommunication service provider.

  21. By participating in this Survey, Participants agree that the Organizer, its related and associated companies and the Organizer’s agents, licensees and assigns are entitled to use and reproduce Participant’s name, likeness and the entries (and any part thereof) for any purpose in any geographic region worldwide in whatever media, without attributing to the Participants the authorship of the entries, without the need for Participants to inspect or approve the entries and also to the extent that the Organizer’s use of the entries materially alters or distorts the entries. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer is not obliged to reproduce any Participant’s entries and Participants acknowledge that the Organizer may choose not to use, reproduce or display their entries.
